    I have much appreciated the post, very fascinating and although I suppose I was aware of certain aspects the voodoo side is very interesting and highly relevant to Covid 19 as you set out.

    I said in April 2020 that closing the care homes was ridiculous when what the resident needed was to get outside if at all possible to make the most of what turned out to be a beautiful sunny spring. And if possible maximise their vitamin D via the sun.

    Instead so many were isolated, alone and afraid and gave up the ghost as they say. People failed to love them, and the care homes were culpable among many others. I call it murder what was done.
